Diani Beach Road runs the full 17 km strip — tuk-tuks (bajaj) KES200–500 between hotels, boda-boda motorbikes KES100–300 (helmet essential), Little Cab + Bolt apps for longer runs KES800–2,500. Public matatus very cheap but crowded. Ukunda airstrip 5 km + Mombasa MBA 40 km (via Likoni ferry — allow buffer).
