Travel Marhaba Terms of Service

1. Use of the platform

You must be old enough to enter a booking contract in your country to use booking or partner-facing features. You agree to use Travel Marhaba only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. User responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when creating an account or placing a booking.
• Keep your account credentials confidential.
• Comply with the rules of any host, supplier, or destination you book with.

3. Booking partners and third-party suppliers

Some inventory — including flights, hotels, car rentals, and experiences — is provided by third-party suppliers such as LiteAPI, Trip.com, and Travelpayouts partners. When you complete a booking on a partner platform, that partner's terms and cancellation rules govern the transaction. Where a booking is made directly on Travel Marhaba, the host or partner remains the provider of the service; Travel Marhaba operates the marketplace.

4. Affiliate disclosures

Travel Marhaba may earn a commission when you book through outbound links to partner platforms. This never increases the price you pay. Rankings are based on relevance, price competitiveness, and traveler rating — not on commission alone. Sponsored placements, when present, are labelled.

5. Travel information disclaimer

Destination guides, itineraries, prices, availability, weather notes, visa notes, and other travel information are provided for guidance only and can change without notice. Always confirm critical details (entry requirements, opening hours, prices) with official sources before you travel.

6. Marhaba AI recommendation disclaimer

Marhaba AI generates travel recommendations, packages, and itineraries using automated reasoning. Suggestions are estimates, not guarantees. Prices, availability, and travel conditions must be confirmed on the partner or supplier's checkout page before booking.

7. Payments

Payments for direct bookings are processed by our regulated payment providers. Payments for affiliate bookings are handled entirely by the partner platform under their own terms.

8. Cancellation responsibility

Cancellation, refund, and modification policies are set by the supplier or partner and are displayed before you confirm a booking. It is your responsibility to review those terms.

9. Intellectual property

Travel Marhaba, the "Marhaba" name, our logos, destination content, AI outputs, and site design are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of your own trip content.

10. Acceptable use

• No large-scale scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction.
• No reselling access to the platform or reverse-engineering the AI.
• No fraudulent bookings, chargebacks, or misuse of promotional offers.
• No content that is unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, or infringes others' rights.

11. Limitation of liability

Travel Marhaba is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travel Marhaba is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers you book with through the platform.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operating entity of Travel Marhaba, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
