Booking Terms

1. Booking and reservation confirmation

Prices, availability, room and rate conditions, board arrangements and cancellation policies are supplied by the applicable travel or property provider. These details are revalidated with the provider during checkout, and the amount shown to you before payment is the amount confirmed by the provider at that moment.

A payment authorization or a successful payment step on its own does not mean your reservation is confirmed. Your reservation is confirmed only after the booking provider successfully creates the reservation and Travel Marhaba displays a confirmed status together with a confirmation reference.

You are responsible for entering accurate names and details that match the documents you will present at the property.

2. Prices, taxes and property charges

Before payment, Travel Marhaba displays the final provider-confirmed amount for your stay. Checkout distinguishes between:

• amounts included in the checkout total you pay now;
• taxes and fees that are included in the rate;
• amounts explicitly identified by the provider as payable at the property.

Where provider data identifies a charge as payable at the property, that charge is not included in the amount you pay at checkout. Additional charges (for example incidentals, deposits or local tourist charges) may be requested by the property in line with its own rules.

3. Payment

Payments are processed through our booking/payment provider, which presents its own secure payment form during checkout. Additional payment-processing information applicable to your transaction may be presented during checkout.

Travel Marhaba does not store your card number, expiry date or security/CVC code.

4. Payment completed but reservation not yet confirmed

Payment authorization and booking confirmation are separate stages. In some cases a payment may be authorized while the reservation is still being created with the provider.

For hotel and riad reservations, if a reservation is not finalized after payment authorization, the provider documentation states that the payment hold may remain for approximately 1–2 business days before being released. Any flight payment authorization or release timing depends on the applicable payment and booking provider process.

While Travel Marhaba is confirming or recovering your reservation, please do not submit another payment. If this occurs, Travel Marhaba will work with the booking provider to determine the reservation and payment status and communicate the appropriate next steps to you.

5. Cancellation and refunds

There is no universal Travel Marhaba cancellation or refund amount for hotel and riad bookings. The cancellation policy of the specific property and rate, as displayed to you during checkout and recorded with your booking, is the policy that applies to your reservation.

Depending on the rate, the policy and when you cancel, cancelling may result in:

• a full refund;
• a partial refund or a cancellation charge;
• or no refund at all.

Provider cancellation policy data and the actual cancellation outcome returned by the provider remain authoritative. Travel Marhaba does not restate a rate description as a fixed refund amount where the provider data indicates otherwise.

Where a refund applies after a cancellation, the refund destination, mechanism and processing timeframes depend on the booking provider and the payment method used, and any applicable details are communicated with your cancellation outcome.

6. Booking changes and modifications

Changes to dates, guest names, occupancy, room type or other reservation details are subject to the property's, rate's and provider's conditions and availability. Some reservations may not permit changes at all.

A requested change may require cancelling the existing reservation and making a new booking, and may result in different prices, taxes, fees or cancellation conditions. A modification is only possible once it is confirmed by the booking provider.

7. No-show and late arrival

You are responsible for following the property's check-in requirements, including its check-in times and arrival procedures.

If you do not arrive, or do not arrive within the property's required check-in period, the reservation may be treated as a no-show and cancelled or charged in line with the property and rate policy applicable to your reservation.

If you expect to arrive late, please follow the property's instructions or contact the property or Travel Marhaba in advance where appropriate.

8. Travel documents

You are responsible for holding a valid passport, any required visas, and for meeting immigration, entry and other travel document requirements for your destination.

A hotel or riad reservation does not guarantee entry into a country or destination.

9. Provider, pricing and availability errors

Travel Marhaba displays live information supplied by booking and property providers. Occasionally, provider, availability, pricing or technical errors may occur. Prices and availability are revalidated with the provider before your booking is created.

If such an error prevents the provider from confirming your reservation, Travel Marhaba will communicate the booking and payment status and the appropriate next steps to you, based on the actual provider and payment outcome.

10. Property information and traveler responsibilities

Check-in and check-out times, occupancy limits, rules for children and pets, deposits, local charges, identification requirements and other property rules vary by property and rate. The provider and property information shown during booking forms part of your reservation conditions.

Please review the property and rate information carefully before you pay.

11. Flight bookings

Flight prices, taxes, fees and availability are supplied by the applicable airline or booking provider and remain subject to provider or airline verification. Flight offers can change or expire before booking. Before payment, you must review and accept the final verified price and the fare conditions displayed for your selected flight.

Passenger names, dates of birth, contact details and travel document information must be accurate and match the documents required for travel. You are responsible for checking and meeting passport, visa, immigration, health, entry and transit requirements that apply to every traveler and every point on the itinerary. Travel Marhaba does not determine whether a traveler is eligible to enter or transit a country.

The airline's and booking provider's fare rules govern whether the selected fare can be changed or cancelled and whether any refund is available. Some fares are non-refundable or non-changeable. Travel Marhaba does not promise free cancellation, changes or refunds unless the specific provider fare displayed during checkout provides them.

Baggage allowances depend on the selected provider fare. Only the baggage conditions displayed for that fare should be relied on. Additional baggage, seat selection and other optional services, when offered, are separate services and may have separate prices and conditions.

Airlines may change schedules, flight numbers, terminals, operating carriers, aircraft and other operational details. Any updated information supplied by the airline or booking provider will apply to the itinerary.

Payment authorization or payment success does not by itself mean that a flight is confirmed or ticketed. Travel Marhaba presents a flight as confirmed only after the booking provider confirms the reservation. Where ticketing is a separate provider stage, Travel Marhaba will not present the reservation as ticketed unless the provider's issuance or ticket status supports that statement.

A booking reference, airline confirmation reference or passenger name record (PNR) must be read together with the current booking and ticketing status. The presence of a reference or PNR alone does not establish that a ticket has been issued.

Flight cancellation and refund requests are subject to the fare rules, airline conditions and booking provider process applicable to the selected booking. Any refund eligibility, amount, destination and processing timeframe depend on those specific conditions and the actual provider outcome.

This section complements, and does not replace, the provider-authoritative verified fare, change and cancellation conditions, baggage conditions and fare restrictions presented for the individual flight before consent and payment.

12. Customer support and booking management

You can use your Travel Marhaba account to review and manage eligible Travel Marhaba direct reservations, and you can contact us for assistance with a reservation made through Travel Marhaba.

Not every booking can be changed or cancelled. Eligibility depends on the applicable provider conditions, including the property and rate conditions for a stay or the airline and fare rules for a flight.

13. Versions

These Booking Terms are versioned. The version in force when you accepted them at checkout, together with the booking-specific property cancellation policy or flight fare conditions shown to you at that moment, is recorded with your booking. Later revisions of this page do not change the conditions you accepted for an existing booking.
