Partner Terms

These Partner Terms apply to hosts, riads, car rental companies, tour operators, restaurants, and any business that lists on Marhaba's marketplace.
Eligibility and verification
Partners must be legally registered to operate the service they list and provide the verification documents we request. Marhaba may decline or remove listings at its discretion.
Commercial terms
Marhaba's default marketplace commission is 12% on direct bookings. Affiliate partners follow their own commission schedule with our aggregation providers. Payouts happen on the schedule stated in your partner dashboard.
Content standards
- Photos must depict your actual property or service.
- Descriptions must be accurate and free from prohibited content.
- You are responsible for keeping availability and pricing up to date.
Reviews and responses
Reviews from verified travelers are the property of the reviewer and Marhaba. You can respond publicly to any review through your partner dashboard.
Termination
You may leave the marketplace at any time. We may suspend or remove listings that violate these terms or applicable law.
