These Terms of Service govern your use of Marhaba (moroccosojourn.com) — our destination content, search, planning tools, and booking or affiliate links to third-party partners.
Using Marhaba
You must be old enough to enter a booking contract in your country to use booking or partner-facing features. Do not misuse the service (no scraping at scale, no reselling access, no automated fraud).
Bookings and third parties
Some inventory (flights, hotels, car rentals) is provided by third-party partners. When you click through and book on their platforms, their terms apply for the transaction. Where a booking is made directly on Marhaba, the host or partner remains the provider of the service; Marhaba operates the marketplace.
User content
Reviews, tips, and photos you submit must be truthful and your own. We may moderate or remove content that violates our community guidelines.
Warranty and liability
Marhaba is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for the acts of third-party providers you book with through our platform.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
