We store the searches, wishlists, saved trips, and trip boards you create so your planning is available across devices when you sign in.

Marhaba AI interactions

Prompts and answers exchanged with Marhaba AI are processed to generate travel recommendations and improve quality. Voice input is transcribed on our servers and discarded after transcription.

Traveler preferences

Marhaba AI uses privacy-respecting soft signals — such as trip style, pace, budget range, accommodation type, and interests — to personalize suggestions. These signals are destination-neutral and never include sensitive personal data.

Analytics

Aggregated, pseudonymous usage data helps us understand which destinations and features travelers find useful. Analytics tags load only after you accept them.

• Trip.com — hotel affiliate inventory via Travelpayouts.
• Travelpayouts (including Aviasales) — flight, hotel, and travel-service affiliate network.
• Google Analytics — traffic and conversion analytics.
• Google Maps — interactive maps and geolocation.

We share only the minimum information required to fulfill your request (for example, search dates or booking details).

3. How we use your information

• Operate bookings, wishlists, trip boards, and partner communication.
• Power Marhaba AI recommendations and personalization.
• Improve search relevance, destination content quality, and the overall experience.
• Send transactional emails (bookings, account, host applications).
• Send marketing content only when you explicitly opt in.

4. Security

Data is stored on managed infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is governed by role-based row-level security policies, and administrative access is limited to authorized team members.
