Cookie Policy

Last updated July 23, 2026

Marhaba uses cookies and similar technologies. This page explains what they do and how you can control them.

Essential cookies

Required for authentication, session, security, and secure booking flows. These cannot be turned off.

Functional cookies

Store your language, currency, and recently viewed items so the experience feels consistent. You can turn these off in preferences.

Analytics cookies

Google Analytics 4 collects aggregated, pseudonymous data about which pages and features travelers use. We use this to understand demand, fix problems, and improve search and booking flows. In the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Brazil, analytics storage stays denied until you accept analytics. Elsewhere it is on by default and you can reject it at any time.

Advertising and marketing cookies

The Meta Pixel and Google advertising signals help us measure campaign performance, build remarketing audiences, and personalize the ads shown to you on Meta and Google platforms. They are only loaded after you grant marketing consent, and they are never loaded if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.

Affiliate and referral tracking

When you continue to a booking partner (for example Hotellook, Aviasales, or Klook), we pass a referral marker in the outbound link and record the click on our own servers so the partner can attribute the booking. This is contractual referral measurement, not advertising profiling, and it works the same way whether or not you accept optional cookies.

Managing your consent

Use the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer to open the cookie preferences panel at any time. Your choice is stored for 180 days, after which we ask again. Blocking essential cookies will break login and booking.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a refusal of advertising cookies everywhere, and of analytics cookies in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Brazil.
